    When will my order ship?
    Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after being placed. Our products are sourced from reliable manufacturers worldwide, and as a result, customers can enjoy FREE shipping and reduced pricing on all merchandise.  Through some clever logistics, we can ship our products direct from the manufacturer, which allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs, which we pass onto you, our customer.  Shipping times vary, and can take up to 3 weeks dependent on your location.


    Did my order ship yet? I haven't received a confirmation email
    You should receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive a confirmation email. For a time specific estimate or shipping update please email info@cheekydoodah.com.

    What carrier do you use to ship orders?
    We currently ship worldwide, and because we love that you've taken the time to shop with us, we pay for the shipping.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.

    Why was my payment declined?
    Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file, incorrect cvv or wrong zip code. Please be sure to double check this info, and if that does not work, please send us an email at info@cheekydoodah.com. You can always try using a different type of payment like paypal.

    Do you accept returns?
    Of course! CheekyDoodah happily accept unworn and un-used merchandise in its original condition and tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit.  Just drop us an email, with the order number and reason for return, then pop the items in the post to CheekyDoodah, Unit 28 Maylands Road, Watford, Herts WD19 6JW, UK.  The cost of the return is the customer's responsibility.  

    Can I apply a promotion code to an existing order?
    Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to orders already placed, only at the time of your purchase.
