When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours after being placed, however in peak seasons, processing can take up to 3 business days.
Due to our commitment to provide you with quality products at unbeatable prices, we have been able to partner with reliable manufacturers throughout different parts of the world, to ship our products direct to you, which allows us to save on warehousing and transportation costs. As a result, customers can enjoy FREE shipping when they spend £25 or more, plus reduced pricing on all merchandise. Shipping times vary and can take two to four weeks to arrive, dependent on your location.
Please bear in mind that if you order multiple products, the orders may arrive in different packages and at different times.

What do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all products when you spend £25 or more, so there is no need to worry about extra shipping and handling. Just order your item(s), and we'll do the rest. If your cart value is below £25, then a small flat rate of £2 for Europe and £3.50 for rest of the world is charged.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
This depends on your location and the item purchased. Most items will arrive in two to four weeks, with international and remote shipments taking upto 6 weeks. If you're not sure, just email us, we're happy to help.
We have received and fulfilled orders from over 47 countries, across all the continents, therefore please be aware that on a rare occasion customs may hold up a package for a number of days. If this occurs, you will be kept updated.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed confirmation that it has been sent. Most items will have tracking available, which will be emailed to you.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this would be because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice and a shipping notice. We aim to keep our customers updated at all times. We will also provide you with tracking number, where available.
If you believe you have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP, and we will amend it for you.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email to email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we won't be able to change the address.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used per region.
Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for our return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
